As part of our Canberra team, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing asset performance, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service across a range of commercial properties. What you'll do Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include: Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders Ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations Assisting with leasing activity and supporting strategies to minimise vacancy across the portfolio Preparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, contracts and other property-related documentation Monitoring property income and expenditure and supporting financial reporting requirements Coordinating maintenance works and tenancy fit-outs Providing proactive advice and support to clients and tenants Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction
