We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Christchurch team and play a key role in shaping the buildings, spaces and infrastructure that support New Zealand's communities. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from project establishment and design through to procurement, construction and handover. Act as the key day-to-day advisor to clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring strong communication and successful project outcomes. Coordinate and manage consultant performance, design development and project delivery activities to ensure objectives are achieved. Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation, contractor engagement, tender evaluations and recommendations. Administer contracts, monitor programme delivery, manage risks and drive project performance across budget, quality and time objectives. Prepare project reporting, communicate risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and contribute positively to the ongoing growth, culture and success of Project Leaders.
